He comes with over 17 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, P&L Management, Business Development, Operations & Maintenance, Technology Transfer, Legal & Regulatory Affairs and Industrial & Government Relations.
He was previously associated with BluPine Energy, SB Energy, Ostro Energy, Adani Power Limited and NTPC Limited.
Mr. Anup Kumar Jain is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
He is having over 16 years of experience in handling secretarial compliances.
He had earlier worked with Polyplex Corporation Limited.
